Tracey Faraday-Drake
Tracey was Chief Executive of Sussex Oakleaf Housing Association for ten years and left in 2010 to create Drakes, offering a different and energised approach to Consultancy, Coaching and Mediation.
She is a non-executive Director of NHS Hampshire and was on the board of the National Mental Health Providers Forum. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Having had two children whilst leading Sussex Oakleaf, Tracey knows how to create a culture in an organisation that embraces a flexible workforce. Working with many consultants over the years, she understands the importance of having trusted and reliable people around you – and what makes a good experience.

Lianne Capon
Lianne is a managing consultant in reward, people and change. She has led many high-profile projects across the UK in the not-for-profit and private sectors.
Lianne has been a senior HR and reward consultant for a national consultancy in the not-for-profit sector and a consultant in the People and Change Practice of a global management consultancy.
She is now Managing Director of reward specialists twentysix consulting, twentysixconsulting.co.uk advising nationwide on market salary and benefits reviews, strategic reward, job evaluation and equal pay.
Kerry Girling
Kerry has an impressive HR background in industry and manufacturing and not for profit, is a chartered fellow of the CIPD and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management.
Kerry runs the Savvy HR consultancy and is a consultant for Orgscale, a specialist Human Resource IT system. Kerry has spent the past three years teaching on the CIPD post-graduate course. She specialises in operational HR and is an exceptional and important resource for Drakes.
